We love Tracey Thorn (of Everything But The Girl) and she has a great new solo album out called "Into the woods". The cover artwork is filled with faux trees.... what a fun living room this would be! Also the website is fantastic, and you can download the cool tree print wallpaper for your computer!

faux suede woodgrain office stuff at Target
Spotted a couple faux suede office stuff on clearance at Target! Couldn't find them online, but they were in store. Part of their "work/style/organize" collection, it features this subtle but elegant woodgrain pattern that is embossed into the faux suede. Look for it in the endcaps, where they have the clearance items- they had a large notepad cover/holder, and the woodgrain pattern was also used on the Lap desk stationary kit... Let us know if you were able to snag one or bought one when they were first out!

woodgrain Ikea table hack
We love what Curbly reader Lilybee did to her IKEA table. Inspired by the the "Signature 2.0" console from Michael Iannone. She used our most favorite I(k)W product, woodgrain contact paper, and created her own version! Read more here.

woodgrain lap desk!
I was so excited last night when I spied this super cool lapdesk! I had to snatch it up. It's from Target's Woolrich kids collection. Sort of randomly placed within their kids decor section, I spied the canvas log padding first- and then realized its a lap desk! Genius! The top is real wood- and there's these handy red elastic bands that hold your computer down so it doesn't slip off. Unfortunately I can't find it on the website, but it's in stores for $19.99- Hurry!!
