cake mountain at felt club

This weekend I finally made it to Felt Club at Meltdown Comics. Pretty cool crafty stuff, the art of James Jarvis, and a workshop for spinning your own yarn! I even bumped into Gregory from AT:LA. These bags from Cake Mountain were a trip - they are "20+ year old naugahyde that is imprinted with a wood grain pattern" according to Cake Mountain. Nice update to a retro look! I also bought a DIY skirt kit by Susan Stars. The next Felt Club will be in Echo Park at The Echo. Great place to stock up on fun gifts.
