Homage: back in da day

we're creating two sets of new "tags" for future posts, one is "homage", which will consist of things that we find in vintage books, or things that are no longer in production, items from the old skool- and we're also going to be posting things with "archive", which will be things from our personal collections that aren't necessarily currently available- anyways, the first thing i wanted to post for Homage- are these great things found in this book compiled by Wayne Hemingway-
entitled Cocktail Shakers, Lava Lamps, and Tupperware: A Celebration of Lifestyle Design from the Last Half of the 20th Century- I soooo want this trashcan- and how funny are these wall and ceiling panels- i can picture them in some new swanky club, or new boutique hotel, mixed with modernist minimal furniture.
